SEPTEMBER GOALS;;
DAILY
- Drink atleast 2 litres water.
- Be happy.
- Eat well portioned meals, especially breakfast!
- WALK!
- *personal* dress up and look nice more.
WEEKLY
- Go to the gym ATLEAST 3 times a week.
- Weigh myself.
- No Meat Day?(gonna try it)
- Zumba atleast twice a week.
- Give myself one rest day.
DURING WHOLE MONTH
- Don’t binge more than three times.
- Eat more veggies and whole grains.
- More strength training, less cardio.
-Feel good about myself.
Min. lbs too lose: 5lbs.
FEBRUARY GOALS;;
Time to get back in the game! I’ve been slacking and being lazy for over 6 months! NOT COOL!
Daily;
-drink water, or tea(green) nothing else! *take water bottle with me*
-only one carb(whole wheat)/sweet(no fat/no sugar)
-veggies, veggies, veggies.
-walk around the block with my puppy *gives me an excuse to walk ha*
-DANCE! :D
Weekly;;
-one cheat day a week. (preferably sunday)
-weigh myself
-one rest day
-no meat day/veggie&fruit day
Monthly;;
-no binge!
-look for inspiration everywhere!
-‘when in doubt, walk’
-STRENGTH TRAINING.
