Tips to a better fitness.

Exercise Playlist

this is a personal fitness blog. my goal is to not become skinny but to become fit and in shape. I'm not striving to become a size 2 or to have a perfect body, but to only be healthy and fit. currently I am a size 17/18, as of today. my goals are to lose atleast 30lbs or more, maybe 50lbs and become atleast a size 9. I would be more than happy with those results. I know this isn't going to be easy for me, so that is why I made this blog, to help motivate myself and find other people that are running along this same path. Together we could all win! so feel free to ask me any questions or follow me. :)
