September Goals -this will be in my monthly goals section of my profile too-
DAILY WEEKLY Min. lbs too lose: 5lbs.
- Drink atleast 2 litres water.
- Be happy.
- Eat well portioned meals, especially breakfast!
- WALK!
- *personal* dress up and look nice more.
- Go to the gym ATLEAST 3 times a week.
- Weigh myself.
- No Meat Day?(gonna try it)
- Zumba atleast twice a week.
- Give myself one rest day.
DURING WHOLE MONTH
- Don’t binge more than three times.
- Eat more veggies and whole grains.
- More strength training, less cardio.
-Feel good about myself.
