this is a personal fitness blog. my goal is to not become skinny but to become fit and in shape. I'm not striving to become a size 2 or to have a perfect body, but to only be healthy and fit. currently I am a size 17/18, as of today. my goals are to lose atleast 30lbs or more, maybe 50lbs and become atleast a size 9. I would be more than happy with those results. I know this isn't going to be easy for me, so that is why I made this blog, to help motivate myself and find other people that are running along this same path.
