This is a lil page on tips for basically anything, from fitness exercise to nutrition, to simply clothing and makeup. Anything that comes to my mind :) if anyone has any tips they’d like to add to this let me know in my ask box :) i’l gladly add you on here!
Fitness Tips.
-drinking enough water through out the day to keep you hydrated, will help benefit you in your weight loss. I carry around two smartwater bottles=2 liters :) Drinking enough water throughout the day will make you feel fuller too! :D
-push yourself! try new things that you’ve never done, or never imagined doing. such as: running, dancing, boxing, etc. anything that strikes an interest in you!
-a work out buddy is always fun. :)
-take some rest days. if your body is extremely tired and achy take some time off. your body replenishes its energy and helps regulate your weight while resting.
-doing cardio(treadmill, elliptical, bike, etc.) is not a permanent form of weight loss. yes, you will lose weight, but just like dieting alone without exercise, you will most likely gain all your weight back, if you stop or eat more. why? because cardio doesn’t build lean muscle. what’s lean muscle? lean muscle is muscle that you build by doing strength exercises, such as weights, and body exercises like sit ups, crunches, push ups and lunges. Using your body and weights will build muscle on your body, making you look more toned and fit, plus its permanent! you won’t lose lean muscle :)
-ALWAY STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER A WORKOUT!!! i can’t stress this enough. not only are you at risk for injuring yourself, but you’ll also feel very VERY sore after a workout if you don’t stretch. and not stretching before a workout will leave you tired and sore during a workout. a good tip to do is stretch in the morning.
